Pulcinella was opened in July of 1991 in Fort Collins, CO. Shortly after the restaurant's opening, the first of our Colorado pizzerias was opened at our Drake location. This location also has a Wine Bar, featuring incredible wines from Italy as well as local beers. In these 32 years we have had many locations across the Front Range.Our other location in Fort Collins on Harmony Rd. recently closed due to devastating flood damage early in 2023. The decision was made not to reopen as we were nearing the end of a 15 year lease. We are looking forward to serving Fort Collins for many years to come!
